An Exphrastic art show. Conversations of home and heART features original works of by local Southern New Hampshire artists and poets in conversation with each other.
Mosaic Art Collective invites local artists and writers to submit up to 2 pieces of work. (one pre-existing and one in response to your assigned artist or writer partner. Each piece of art must be no larger than 40 inches in any direction. Poetry/writing that is submitted will be properly presented by the gallery.
EXHIBITION DATES: January 7 - January 29, 2023
ONLINE IMAGE SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Fri. December 30, 2022, 11:59 p.m. This is a hard deadline to allow time for the gallery to hang the show.
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION: Sat. December 31, 2022
ARTWORK DROP OFF: Dropped off on Tues. January 3, 2023, 3-6 p.m. or Weds. January 4, 2023, 12-6 p.m. (or by appointment)
OPENING RECEPTION: Sat. January 14, 2023, 4:30-8 p.m.
ARTWORK PICK UP: January 31 2023 3-6pm

EXHIBIT FEE: $15 per participant (non-refundable) Fees are used to keep the gallery open and for opening reception expenses.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE: Sales are not guaranteed When sales do occur artists retain 75%, Mosaic Art Collective retains 25% of sale price.
Each artist and writer will submit two pieces. One will be a pre-existing piece and the other will be created in response to the artist or writer you are paired with.
2D framed work or with intentional edges and 3D work that must be able to hang on the wall will be accepted.
All work must be ready to hang, with the proper hanging wires.
NO sawtooth hangers
All work must be created within the last 5 years.
